According to the latest EU specific regulatory acts, the pollutant emissions of vehicles are also verified during the period in which they are in service. In-Service Conformity (ISC) checks aim to confirm that tailpipe emissions and evaporative emissions are effectively limited during the normal life of the vehicles, under normal conditions of use. In-service conformity shall be checked on properly maintained and used vehicles.
RAR publishes the results of ISC checks annually.
