LAW no. 38 of January 20th 2003 regarding the transport in a taxi regime and in rental regime
ORDER no. 1170 of July 24th 2003 of the Minister of transports, constructions and tourism o the approval of the Methodological regulations for the implementation of Law no. 38/2003 on the transport in taxi regime and in rental regime – the methodology for licensing the public road transports of persons or merchandises in taxi regime, of the public road transports of persons in rental regime, the conditions regarding the approval and the periodical technical inspection of the cars which perform taxi regime transports, as well as the methodology for the issuance of the certificate for the licensing of the professional training of taxi drivers.
