If a vehicle has underwent at least one change in the technical characteristics set put in the identity card, the holder thereof must go to one of the RAR representative offices for the registration if those changes in the identity card.
The identity card shall be amended if it is found that the modified vehicle complies with the construction conditions and the ones regarding its technical condition.
